JACKOBOARD® Aqua Reno Line: Tileable shower element with integrated drainage
08.09.2025 - JACKON Insulation by BEWI is introducing a new product, JACKOBOARD® Aqua Reno Line, a floor-level shower element that impresses with its extra-flat installation height. Thanks to the floor drain that is already integrated and factory-sealed within the element, installation is particularly quick and easy. The built-in two-sided slope also ensures safe water drainage. These well-thought-out features make the product ideal for quick and time-saving bathroom renovations in existing buildings as well as in new builds.

Minimal installation height for maximum flexibility
With an installation height starting at 82 mm, JACKOBOARD® Aqua Reno Line offers a particularly flat solution that allows for seamless, barrier-free shower installation. This is particularly beneficial in existing buildings, where restrictions in installation height often present a challenge, the flat hard foam shower element opens up new design possibilities. This makes it easy to create a barrier-free shower area that is not only advantageous for age-appropriate living, but also generally increases comfort for all users.
Integrated floor drain for quick and easy installation
A key advantage of JACKOBOARD® Aqua Reno Line is the factory-integrated floor drain. This saves time during installation, as the space around the drain no longer needs to be filled with levelling screed. For the installer, this means quick and efficient installation, as the long drying times of the screed are eliminated. The shower element can therefore be installed in a single working day – a critical factor in ensuring that renovation projects can be completed quickly and cost-effectively. JACKOBOARD® Aqua Reno Line is available in three sizes: 900 x 900 mm, 900 x 1200 mm and 900 x 1800 mm.
Safe water drainage for maximum functionality
The well-thought-out design of JACKOBOARD® Aqua Reno Line ensures optimal water drainage. The drainage system has an odour trap and achieves a drainage capacity of 0.52 litres per second. A unique feature is the additional counter-slope on the narrow outer side of the channel: whereas in conventional shower systems a manual slope often has to be created, a slope is already integrated into the factory-finished product. This makes tiling even easier and ensures that no water collects in the shower corners.
Flexible design options with reversible, tileable channel
Another highlight of JACKOBOARD® Aqua Reno Line is the reversible and tileable channel. This combines two design options that can be individually adapted to the aesthetic requirements of the bathroom: one side has a brushed stainless steel surface, while the other side can be individually tiled to match the chosen shower floor. In addition, the height of the channel is adjustable, allowing it to be precisely adapted to the thickness of the tiling.
