The Construction Board with the Certain Something Extra
04.05.2023 - JACKOBOARD® Plano 1200 Offers Flexibility for Individual Ideas in XXL Format – Extra wide for fewer joints, extra light for fast installation: The new 1200 mm wide JACKOBOARD® Plano 1200 XPS construction board makes even more possible. It forms the basis for sophisticated interior design and individual floor and wall applications - especially in rooms exposed to high levels of moisture (wear class A and B).
Like all tried and tested construction boards in extruded polystyrene foam from JACKON by BEWI, the JACKOBOARD® Plano 1200 is also water-repellent, highly stable and easy to work with. With a width of 1200 mm, it means means fewer joints between boards that need filling. This saves a lot of time, especially for showers and in wall and floor applications. The board can be cut to any desired size. And another major advantage: thanks to the special coating on both sides, the new construction board can be covered with tiles, plaster or render for a customised look.
The excellent thermal insulation properties with a value of λD = 0.035 W/(m·K) for the foam core enable the construction board to be used as effective thermal insulation. Furthermore, it’s also ideally suited for interior design and furniture construction. For example, it can be used for cladding walls, pipes and tubs, vanity units, shelves and furniture.
