Made from an extruded polystyrene (XPS) foam core the JACKOBOARD® range guarantees long-term leak-proof performance in environments most subject to water spray and moisture. 
Its qualities:

They are available in several different dimensions and thicknesses to adapt to every project, for both new construction and renovation work. 

JACKOBOARD® Plano – the “total interior design” and creativity solution!
These construction boards can be used to cover and seal walls and floors, shutter pipework and bathtubs, create shower enclosures, or install washstands and furniture. They are available in 3 sizes (1300x600 mm, 2600x600 mm and 2600x900 mm) ranging from 4 mm to 80 mm thick to adapt to all circumstances. 

JACKOBOARD® Plano Premium – for all coverings, without exception!
All walls and partitions can be covered, ensuring completely leak-proof performance through the bathroom. The construction boards are available in 2 sizes (1300x600 mm and 2600x600 mm) ranging from 10 to 50 mm. Their unique feature is their tapered edge along the full length of two sides (as with plaster boards), which facilitates their installation.
Easy to grout, they provide a perfectly flat surface after application of glass fibre tape or sealing tape (shower) in the adhesive mortar. These boards make all finishing options possible, without pre-treatment, thanks to their special non-woven surface.
Paint, tiles, plaster or wallpaper can be applied, also in combination on a single board: tiling in the area exposed to water spray, for example, and paint for the remaining surface.

JACKOBOARD® Aqua shower trays for an Italian-style shower.
Developed for creating shower areas, the JACKOBOARD® Aqua shower trays (4 cm) ensure a completely leakproof installation in record time. Perfectly adapted for floor-level installations, they are available in all standard formats and many custom shapes and sizes making them convenient for highly aesthetic creations in the most sophisticated décors, as well as in facilities requiring PRM access. The pre-formed pitch of the shower tray was studied to ensure reliable, controlled drainage whilst the overall design ensures a perfectly leak-tight connection between the floor drain system and its covering. The resulting installation is easily completed in record time, providing maximum time savings at every construction site.

As a complete package, JACKOBOARD® Aqua is supplied with a high-end stainless-steel grate. 

JACKOBOARD® Aqua Reno – ready for tiling, ideal for renovation work!
With a total installation height of just 65 mm, it is particularly well-suited for use in buildings where the existing floor cannot be disturbed. Its benefits include
• An integrated drainage system featuring a very high drainage rate of 0.5 l/s.
• Its integrated drain eliminates the need to apply a filler mortar beforehand and to wait overnight for it to set.
• A cleverly designed cut away section to meet all waste pipe configurations making it the ultimate time-saving solution. • Tiles can be applied directly. Dimensions: 900x900, 1400x900 and 1800x900 mm. 

Accessories for sealing the leak-proof periphery of shower trays and construction boards:
- The JACKOBOARD® sealing kit for shower trays comprises special glue, sealing tape and 4E corners for the leak-proof angles of the shower.
- JACKOBOARD® sealing tape makes it possible to sustain the installation in an optimal way by preventing the infiltration of water between the tray, the walls and the floor.
- BOARD-FIX® adhesive and sealing compound ensures leak-proof joints between boards.
