JACKON Insulation by BEWI is restructuring its sales organization for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Thorsten Albrecht has assumed the role of Sales Manager for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, effective April 29, 2026. In this role, he is responsible for the strategic and operational development of sales in the region and leads the German sales team.
With this reorganization, JACKON Insulation by BEWI is pursuing a clear goal: to provide customers and partners with more direct, reliable, and project-focused support. The focus is on designated points of contact, streamlined decision-making processes, transparent communication regarding availability and scheduling, and closer integration between sales, engineering, and project management.
“Today, our customers need more than just technically advanced products. They need guidance, planning certainty, and contacts who get involved early on,” says Thorsten Albrecht. “My goal is not only to provide reliable support to specialty retailers, installers, planners, and project partners, but also to actively guide projects from the initial idea through to implementation.”
The new sales management team is thus committed to a deliberate shift in perspective: moving away from a purely traditional supplier relationship toward an active project partnership. In the future, technical requirements, economic feasibility, and reliable implementation will be brought together even earlier in the process.
Thorsten Albrecht brings extensive experience from the real estate industry, the sales of consultation-intensive products, and project and damage management in industrial applications. As a certified real estate specialist (IHK), he combines business acumen with technical expertise, hands-on implementation experience, and a keen understanding of client needs. His career has been marked by project coordination, proposal development, contract negotiations, client development, team coordination, and leadership in demanding fields.
This combination of market insight, technical expertise, and a structured approach is particularly relevant to the JACKON Insulation product range. As part of the BEWI Group, JACKON Insulation by BEWI has a robust industrial base and an established portfolio for modern construction and renovation projects. The focus is on system solutions from the JACKODUR® and JACKOBOARD® product ranges—from XPS insulation materials and construction boards to shower and interior elements.
