Customisable for maximum design freedom

A special feature of JACKOBOARD® Aqua Color&Cut is its exceptional adaptability. While most tileable shower elements with a channel drain can only be shortened in length, this innovation from JACKON Insulation by BEWI offers additional flexibility: the width of the element can also be individually adjusted. This is possible thanks to the drain channel, which can be cut on both sides and shortened by up to 30 cm on each side. The ease with which the channel and shower board can be customised opens up a whole new dimension of personalisation, allowing Color&Cut to blend harmoniously into a wide range of room settings – a clear advantage in renovations and new buildings with special requirements. The new product is available in four formats: 1200 x 900 mm, 1400 x 900 mm, 1600 x 900 mm and 1800 x 900 mm.
 

Aesthetics meets functionality

In addition to its high flexibility, JACKOBOARD® Aqua Color&Cut impresses with a well thought-out design concept. The particularly narrow drainage channel extends continuously from wall to wall, creating an elegant, minimalist look. This aesthetic appeal is complemented by a choice of five trendy channel colours: BRUSHED STAINLESS STEEL, LIGHT GOLD, COPPER, GUNMETAL BLACK and METAL BLACK are available for individual design accents. This attractive colour variety allows for individual coordination with different styles and materials – from classic to modern.
 

Flexible and durable

Just as important as the design and the flexibility to shorten the formats in length and width is the simple adaptability of the stainless steel channel to different tile thicknesses. This is made possible by height adjustment blocks, which easily match the channel height to the chosen tiles.

The shower underlay, which comes as a complete system with a horizontal floor drain and a hair trap, consists of extruded polystyrene hard foam (XPS) with a special coating on both sides. This makes it extremely resistant, durable and waterproof and provides a reliable basis for long-term safe and tileable shower solutions.
 

Easy installation and versatile application

JACKOBOARD® Aqua Color&Cut is designed for maximum user-friendliness. The shower element can be installed and tiled immediately after selecting the appropriate channel colour and, if necessary, customising the size.

It can be cut quickly and easily, making it particularly suitable for demanding bathroom renovations or for use in buildings with special structural challenges.
