Change of leadership at JACKON Insulation by BEWI: Daniel Geigenfeind takes over as managing director

With Daniel Geigenfeind, an experienced leader is taking the helm at JACKON Insulation by BEWI. He has been with the company as Finance Director since 15 October 2025 and is therefore already very familiar with the organisation and internal processes. The 46-year-old father of one has many years of experience in the building materials industry, particularly in senior management positions.
 

Focus on transparency and team spirit

‘I am therefore familiar with the structures and processes, which makes me all the more delighted to now be able to contribute this knowledge to JACKON Insulation by BEWI,’ says Daniel Geigenfeind about his new role. He is committed to a corporate culture characterised by transparency and team spirit. ‘I see great potential in the market and, above all, in our employees. Their expertise and willingness to take on responsibility have particularly impressed me in my first few weeks.’

The management reorganisation is part of a long-term strategy. The aim is to make the organisation more agile and efficient so that it can respond even more quickly to market changes. For customers and business partners, this also means that the quality they are accustomed to and their direct contacts will remain unchanged.
 

Sustainable and resource-saving innovations

JACKON Insulation by BEWI is very well positioned to drive growth in XPS-based product solutions – from insulation materials for construction and industrial applications to building boards and shower elements for modern bathroom design. The company focuses on forward-looking, sustainable and resource-saving solutions, such as lignin-based products and the increasing use of recycled materials. Daniel Geigenfeind will continue to pursue this path in order to meet the increasing ecological and economic demands of the market.

The new managing director succeeds Michael Schneider, who is leaving the company by mutual agreement. JACKON Insulation by BEWI would like to thank Michael Schneider for his valuable work. The company wishes him all the best and every success in his future career and personal life.
